Has it's own version of steam called origin. pretty sure you can get it for as low as 80.

Well I bit the bullet & bought it yesterday..

Took fucking near on 4 hrs just to install... Fucking origin shit.. Just what I want another useless background program running. DVD's had corrupt files on it so I it ended up downloading about 1 gig off the internet which I had going via my iPhone.. Cant even install the game without making a origin account....

Anyway started playing the campaign on HARD which is not bad.. My PC is running it on HIGH so thats good. Just need to configure controls a bit.. Cant seem to stop the joystick from controlling the player.. Cant unbind the joystick in the control options.. Anyone had that drama?

The reason they made Origin is to say fuck you to steam, and from now on no EA games will run through or be able to be bought through steam.

Steam,, Origin.. whats the difference.. Just useless background programs that take up resources.  What happen to going to the shop, buying a game, taking it home & playing it with nothing more than that.

Anyway had my first Multiplayer experience lastnight.. Played a Squad Rush format..

Wasn't too bad.. Not as stupid as BC2 but yeah the jury is still out..

Would like to see what it'd be like with a squad of us vs the rest.. Using TS to communicate.

The graphics are mad... My 5year old PC still running it with everything on HIGH.. Running at 1920x1080 I'm  getting around 50fps which I'm happy with..  In eyefinity its a bit much for a single 6870 but it does it at 25fps.. Cant wait to get the second card installed.. Might go get a 1200watt supply this week so I can test it on this MB vs the new one when I get it.

Anyway thats that!

awesome, it does look amazing and with if they stickwith 64 player servers then this game has potential. wonder if the pr devs will make the move to the frostbite engine. what's the go with pr:arma 2 and pr: bf2? still full servers and gettings loads of support? is it a slow dying community?
