Arma 2 : PR is bringing out a pretty big update 0.15, might be worth having a look at it, apparently they changed the weapon selection so its more friendly which is a huge plus, i hope they also fixed the retarded accuracy, range and pin point rate of fire, suppression effects and map broadness too, id rather fight in something other than naked valleys 5km wide..

Same when I asked them about an open source one, They are too far in with the one they have to change it up again.

I think PRs days are pretty much over imo.

yeah i haven't had my hopes in pr for a while now, its great when people are in it and when im able to play community but im forever scanning the horizons for other milsim-able platforms to continue UG to its former preferred purpose. so post up if u know any or hear about any in the making etc. all that it needs is lesser player movement speeds, lack of jumping or instaproneing, reduced accuracy/high recoil, high weapon damage, a spawn system that a dev has thought about for more than 5 mins and maps that allow a tactical approach to things..
suppression and fatigue is a plus, and character freedom of movement or activities need to be playable and not like arma's failed engine

Honestly man stick with TF2, BF3 gets frustrating, Its not like BF2 where you could play it for ages.
They made the "unlock" ceiling way to high and then claimed it was to prolong the game, But seriously getting into a jet to find out you dont get flairs or missiles till you unlock them was a huge let down.

Go tf2 I'll come rape face with you.
