Awww yeah.

Aussie company was getting that working as well, although god knows what sort of problems they would run into. Was like yeah, basically it works i think, but it was made out of gold or something i cant remember i should look it up.

Daily Mail is UK tabloid so not exactly the least sensationalist source possible. Just putting that out there.

i dont see this even having an impact on modern warfare in any substantial sense, in most current firefights the enemy is never positively identified anyway. it would only help covert ops (honestly i doubt anyone but specops of some kind will ever get it)
and honestly they are able to complete most of their missions without anyone knowing they were there anyway. so it seems rather useless to me.

i dont think its that practical for military but in law enforcement like FBI, SWAT, DEA, ATF, TRG and all those millions of cops that do the same thing. when they stake out or sniper over watch places in a CQB or urban environment like they do, which is usually under 200m FOV or any other fixed position or OP etc. like the urban ghillie. nasty should know by now that already we can get ppl to hide a few meters from people and be invisible so i dont think its very cost effective or game changing in the military world until it becomes anti infared or anti thermals or something

Looks good.. If it holds true to the Cyberpunk RPG I used to play back when I was in high school as in Paper & dice no pc's or consoles, same as Dungeons & Dragons but in the future...

Well the old RPG we played is run on the same principles as AD&D you have a group of players you goto someones house. Sit around a table get your dice out & using the rule book you create a character.

Then there is a DM ( Dungeon Master ) who creates a storyline or something that you all go do. Was really cool RPG as you could get all sorts of tech to add to your character to boost you up..

The scene is that the whole world has basically gone to shit & crime is rampid & nearly everyone has some form of tech in them. Think of Bladerunner the movie its similar.

Im looking forward to to see how they are going to run this as a game though. Might be a bit like Skyrim maybe. But it defiantly needs to be multilayer. It would b insane. Be a bit like dayz where if you die & no one revives you well your dead & start again.

From the trailer it looks like you may be playing the role of the police force.. I hope you can be the bad guys too..
